Creative Growth Marketer (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)

You'd be working in a lean, fast-moving paid marketing team currently consisting of a Growth Manager and a Senior Creative Strategist. We focus heavily on driving growth through high-performing Meta, YouTube, and TikTok campaigns. Now, we’re looking for our third pillar.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves the game of marketing and is highly familiar with social media (at least as a regular user). Whether you have 1 year of experience or 10+, if you are the type of person who launches a campaign and excitedly checks the dashboard the next morning with your first coffee to see if it's winning, you belong here.

We are flexible on experience level: the exact mix of your daily tasks and your compensation will directly reflect what you bring to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible—sometimes partially, sometimes end-to-end—for the creative engine of various campaigns. Your core focus will be:

• Sourcing Creators: Finding the right faces and voices to represent our campaigns.
• Drafting Creative Briefs: Translating campaign goals into clear, actionable video briefs for creators.
• Designing Statics: Creating high-converting static ad images using your preferred design and AI tools.
• Light Video Editing: Stitching together raw source material into native-feeling ads for Instagram and TikTok. We don’t expect you to be a professional video editor with agency-level polish—scrappy, platform-native edits are exactly what we need.

The "Don't Be Scared" Part: Light Media Buying

Because we are a growth team, we care about data. As part of this role, you will help with uploading ads and tracking performance according to our internal processes.

If you aren't a seasoned media buyer, don't let this scare you away. You don't need to be a technical wizard in Ads Manager on day one. As long as you have the curiosity to learn how your creative is performing, we will train you on the operational side.
