How is this different from Handshake or VMock?
Handshake manages employers, job postings, and events. VMock focuses on resume scoring. Enhancv supports the work that happens before any of that. It shows what students are actually doing in their job search, improves resume quality at scale, and gives advisors and leadership visibility into readiness and outcomes.
Will this replace advisors or career coaches?
No. Enhancv reduces low-value editing tasks so advisors can focus on coaching, interpretation, and strategy. It highlights who needs help and why, which increases advisor impact rather than replacing it.
What data does the Career Center receive?
Career Centers see resume activity, tailoring behavior, application patterns, inactivity, and trends by program or cohort. Advisors can request access to resumes directly within the platform. All visibility respects institutional privacy and FERPA requirements.
Do students need to learn another new tool?
No. Students already use Enhancv independently. They build and tailor their resumes in the same interface, and the Career Center gains visibility without asking students to change their workflow.
How quickly can we implement Enhancv?
