We’re looking for a Product Lead to define and drive the vision behind Enhancv’s next product line — transforming it into a complete career suite that supports users at every step of their professional journey.

A remote role

This is a remote role. We will consider applicants in any country, but other things equal would prefer a candidate based in Europe, to avoid timezone differences.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• 🚀 Own the product vision: Define and shape the product strategy for Enhancv’s next-generation career suite, from zero to launch.
• 🔍 Dive deep into user needs: Conduct market research, ask the right questions and synthesize insights to identify real problems worth solving.
• 🧪 Build, test, learn, repeat: Prototype and validate ideas with the design and engineering teams — iterate based on feedback and data.
• 📊 Live in the data: Check metrics daily, spot trends, dig into patterns, and carefully assess impact — then use those insights to shape smart, confident product decisions.
• 🤝 Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and product to bring ideas to life and align around outcomes.
• 🧭 Lead with clarity and direction: Communicate the “why” behind your decisions, inspire the team, and foster a user-first, impact-driven culture.

• 🧠 Strategic thinking with a builder’s mindset: You don’t just spot opportunities — you shape them into products. You love starting from scratch and aren’t afraid of ambiguity.
• 🧭 5+ years of product leadership: You have a proven track record of building and launching products from scratch — and making them work.
• 📈 Data is your second language: You look at charts daily, identify patterns, and let data guide your thinking. You know when to trust the numbers — and when to dig deeper.
• 🔍 Hands-on with user research: You know how to talk to users, run interviews, synthesize insights, and turn real-world problems into product opportunities.
• 🎯 Driven by outcomes, not outputs: You care about impact over features. You define success in terms of real user value and measurable business results.
• 🌟 Bonus points: Founder background or experience launching 0→1 products in a startup environment.

A bit about us

Enhancv started in 2014, and today it's a highly profitable B2C startup. We are spread between Bulgaria and Germany. We fly to meet each other sometimes, plus we organize a team-wide retreat once a year. We have ambitious growth plans 🚀🚀🚀 and that's why we are expanding.
